Products and Support Services

Tree Appraisals -  When important trees are  damaged or destroyed intentionally or otherwise, owners are often entitled to replacement values. Professional tree appraisals are needed to assess the full costs of replacement including the monetary value of the tree that was lost. A trained appraiser can provide a defensible opinion even when very little physical evidence remains.

Tree Inventories - A tree inventory is a highly valuable tool for any landscape, be it a campus, homeowner association property or a municipality. Comprehensive data according to tailored criteria are essential to master planning, maintenance planning, and dispute resolution.

Baseline Assessments - A baseline assessment can be preliminary to a full inventory and a guide to the development of evaluative criteria for risk management plans.  These assessments often look at trees at the species/system level, but individual trees can be called out for further inspection or testing. They're a good first step and the best value for initial investigations.

Tree Risk Assessments - TRAs begin with tree inspections. The level of detail is dependent on the client's assignment but we offer high level inspections when the need for greater clarity is apparent. Many factors influence risk and our job is to provide the best information and analysis to allow the tree owner to accept, mitigate or remove risk.

Master Plans - Master plans are often phased over at least five years. They provide the best track to an organization or owner's goals. We provide guidance on the development of those goals when desired.

MPs are especially valuable when there are other stakeholders involved and potential conflicts need to be managed fairly.
